Service Rules

1. General

1.1 By placing an order on smmdia.com, you agree to all the terms listed below, regardless of whether you have read them in full.
1.2 By submitting an order, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the description of the selected service.
1.3 We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
1.4 Service pricing may change at any time without prior notice.
1.5 While we strive to make our platform secure and reliable, we cannot be held liable for any outcomes related to your accounts or business activities.
1.6 We follow strict privacy and data protection practices. No bank card information, login credentials, or wallet details are stored on our servers.


2. Service Execution

2.1 To ensure proper delivery, your account must remain public, with a visible profile picture, and unchanged username or link during the service period.
2.2 Do not place multiple orders of the same type for the same page at the same time — this may interfere with processing and is not eligible for a refund.
2.3 Estimated delivery times are listed in each service description but may vary depending on current demand. Your order will either be fulfilled or refunded.
2.4 The status “Partial” means that only part of the requested quantity was delivered. The remaining balance will be refunded automatically.
2.5 The status “Canceled” means the service could not be delivered — in this case, funds will be automatically returned to your account balance.
2.6 Please follow all input instructions carefully when submitting links or service requests to avoid errors.


3. Service Quality and Guarantees

3.1 Certain services may experience natural fluctuations over time (e.g., a decrease in follower count).
3.2 A guarantee is only applicable to services explicitly marked as “Guaranteed.”
3.3 Placing a new order for the same page without a guarantee voids the previous guarantee period.
3.4 We do not guarantee that all accounts involved in service delivery will have profile pictures, bios, posts, or activity.


4. Technical Considerations

4.1 Occasionally, services on smmdia.com may be temporarily paused to improve performance and reliability.


5. Customer Support

5.1 If you experience technical issues or have questions about a service, you can contact us through the “Support” section. We aim to respond within 24 hours, in the order inquiries are received.


6. Important Information

6.1 Once a service is launched, it cannot be reversed.
6.2 Manual cancellation is possible only in exceptional cases (check with support). Mistaken orders are usually canceled automatically within 1–3 hours.
6.3 It is strictly forbidden to use our services for content that is illegal or violates platform policies. We reserve the right to decline or cancel such orders.


7. Refund Policy

7.1 If a service is not delivered as described or not delivered at all (despite being marked "Completed"), you may request a refund to your balance, card, or e-wallet. Please contact support for assistance.


8. Referral Program

8.1 Creating multiple accounts using your own referral link is not allowed. Violations will result in a warning, followed by account suspension.


9. Account Suspension

9.1 Attempts to manipulate the platform, abuse features, deceive, or communicate disrespectfully with our team will result in account termination without the possibility of refund.
